We are experienced in analyzing all the variables and putting together an estimate of value.


Mike took the time to take us thru his process and encouraged us to consider other options to gain leverage in the negotiations with our existing landlord. He submitted RFPs to five additional buildings and provided us a financial analysis which contained a detailed comparison of economic and non-economic issues of each property. I believe Mike did a good job of leveraging the market in our favor and negotiated aggressive economic terms too our benefit. Mike’s knowledge of the local market and relationship with other brokers and building owners was invaluable during this process.
